Coach Parker McMurrey 

​Professional Overview

​I am a Physical Education teacher and Strength and Conditioning coach at Emily Gray Junior High. With over 10 years of experience dedicated to working with athletes of all levels, I am committed to fostering long-term athletic development and helping students reach their full potential. As a veteran who served as a Sergeant in the Air National Guard, I bring a disciplined, structured, and focused approach to every session.

​My approach centers on biomechanically grounded athletic training, steering away from non-scientific fads in favor of proven methods. By utilizing frameworks such as Daily Undulating Periodization (DUP) and the Tier System, I provide a structured progression designed to build foundational strength and movement patterns tailored specifically for athletes of all sports and levels.
